Changelog:
- CAID and RSA/Box key (modbox) file selection is now restricted to *.cid and *.mbx in order to prevent the flashing of a wrong file
- Support for old CPUs without SSE/SSE2 capabilities added (e.g. AMD Athlon XP)
- [Linux] using ZIP archive (instead of tar) for better ULC/DB compatibility
