Changes since version 1.40:

- Full SmartCard serial number printing via CAM menu for ViACCESS, NAGRA, NDS VideoGuard, SECA MediaGuard, Irdeto, CryptoWorks and Conax
- Possibility to change the mature rating (age-limit) and parental control PIN for ViACCESS SmartCards within the CAM menu
- FastMode (ins7e11) for NDS VideoGuard SmartCards can now easily be enabled via CAM menu
- "Alternative compatibility mode2 can be enabled also via CAM menu
- Fixed selecting wrong SmartCard for descrambling ORF/HD+ in case a Sky NDS SmartCard was used together with an ORF or HD+ SmartCard
- Fixed too many entitlement entries with Irdeto
- Improved SmartCard reset reliability (in case of a communication breakdown or SmartCard settings change)
